About the Mineral County Recorder-Auditor
This office is the County department that handles the recording of all official records.
All records are indexed by the names of the principal parties for any document or by "grantor/grantee". Also available for viewing or purchase from our office (during our open business hours) are official maps recorded for subdivisions, parcels, surveys and mining claims. The auditing duties of this office include the processing of County payroll, accounts payable, budget preparation and various human resource type services for Mineral County.
